Guidelines

  • Please have video evidence at least 5 minutes prior to the event occurred. 
  • Do not pester any Moderators/Administrators or any other staff member to look at your report.
  • The accused has at least 48 hours to respond to a report against them. For this reason, reports can take time to resolve in order to be fair to all parties and get a full picture of the entire scenario.

It is of strict importance to follow this guideline when posting reports.

Structuring a Report.

Please ensure you include the Date and Time the incident occured and their Player ID, Explanation of what they have done and last but not least providing Evidence. Please ensure that it is atleast 5 minutes prior to the incident. You may also tag individuals that witnessed the incident.

 

Evidence

We require video proof of the incident. In most cases we wont accept anything else however there are some circumstances were we might allow a screenshot depending if the screenshot shows sufficient evidence in relation to the report. This is rare. You should always try to provide video evidence

Using another persons stream to provide evidence.

You may do this if only you have recieved verbal/written permission of the Streamer that you are taking the clip from.

Please ensure you put in your report:

I have verbal/written permission to use (Name of Streamers) clip in relation to the report.

Failure to do this may see your report being Denied, for lack of evidence.

Report cancellations and discontinuation policy.

Once you submit a report on a player. The report has to be assessed and processed accordingly. A player that has submit the report cannot cancel or discontinue a report.

Involvement of those not included in the report.
